Nonprofit services

Is your organization committed to advancing social justice and climate resiliency? Let us put our fifteen years’ worth of award-winning nonprofit leadership experience to work for you. We've been programs, grants, and operations assistants and associates; event and project coordinators; research, program, project, and evaluation managers; and interim, operations and finance, development, partnerships, and executive directors. We've run library initiatives, indie presses, festivals, and arts residencies. We offer sliding-scale and pro bono packages for BIPOC and/or low-income artists, small business owners, project leads, and nonprofits.

  • Operations, program management, & finance

We offer strategic planning and evaluations, budgets and forecasting, annual reports, contracts management, database management, impact analyses, and more. No admin project too big or too small.

  • DEI research & evaluation

We offer initial assessments and strategies to help ensure that bylaws, mission statements, employee handbooks, budgets, and other pertinent policies match your organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion statements.

  • Development

We advise on a wide array of initiatives to steward major gifts and grants. We’ll create, revise, and/or manage your CRM reports, grant calendars, project and program summaries, budget narratives, and more.

  • Communications

It’s trite but true: storytelling is the key to any organization’s success. Who is your audience? How do you connect? Let us help you get the word out even further through press releases, press kits, blog posts, op-eds, and more.

  • Partnerships

If you’re doing good work, chances are someone else is doing similar work on different terrain. We can help you find the right partners to maximize your impact and reach new audiences.

  • Fiscal sponsorship (coming soon)

After two years of pro bono services for new BIPOC-led projects, we’re heeding the call to create a nonprofit incubator and fiscal sponsorship program for BIPOC and/or low-income artists and arts organizations. Stay tuned.
